1. The embossing roller is update

You know the embossing roller is important for paper machine, one set of embossing roller include the embossing roller and the rubber roller, when the machine running, the embossing roller and the rubber roller are forth each other, Please check the following picture.

So when the machine running lone time, the embossing roller will be a little out of shape, for the embossing roller is more stronger, our engineer design a new plan that increase the diameter of the embossing roller. In this way, the embossing roller will be strong and the embossing pattern also will be depth.

• About the glue lamination structure

The new glue lamination structure with the enclosed scraping, in this way the glue is uniform and not easy to spray ink, please see the following picture.

And the finished products will be gluing evenly.
