The paper machines will be tested and have trial production in our factory before leaving our factory and they are shipped out only after customers are satisfied with them. Customers can send your technicians or the Third party inspection agency to our factory to check and accept machines before delivery.
Fast and security Shipping company will be chose by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term). Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.

We will provide enough photos, even testing videos of your machines before delivery. After receiving it, You have to pay total balance amount to us by T/T.

We will effect shipment immediately after receiving balance amount. Inform Shipping Advice to customers and send Original Shipping Documents by DHL.

For how to operate our paper machines, There are THREE ways for your selection:
1. Send your technicians to China to learn at our factory.
When the paper machines are ready for testing, Our technicians will train the customers’ technicians in theory and practice till they grasp the skills for operating in our factory. All charges will be born by end-user.
2. Send our technicians to customers’ countries to teach at their factory.
When the paper machines are arrived at customers country, We can send our technicians to go to customer’s factory for installatin,testing the machines and training staffs to operating machines. All charges will be born by end-user.
3. You already had experienced Staffs in this field.
We will supply photos, VCD and Operation Manual together with our machines when shipment. It will show you how to operate this machine. If you already had experienced staffs in this field, It can help you much cost on installation.
All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period. Standard spare parts and accessories with our machine will be supplied together in wooden case when shipment.
Within one year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express Mail immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
