1. Check whether there are any places lack of oil.
2. Please check the concentricity of each parts if there are no lack of oil. Such as: main machine body and transmission parts,etc.
3. Adopt consistent grease on bearings of main machine body and pinion shaft,
Adopt mechanical oil on gear reducer.
4. It will cause to heat generated by friction of transmission shaft and bearing gland if the bearing of main machine body and bearing block is decentraction.
5. It will cause to heat generated by friction of hollow shaft and bearing gland if the hollow shaft and big bearing block is decentraction.
6. It will cause to bearing overload operating to be heating, if gear reducer and small gear shaft, gear reducer and motor are decentraction.
7. It will cause to heat generated by friction of transmission shaft and bearing gland if the transmission small gear shaft and bearing block is decentraction.
