1. This production line are consist of the following THREE parts:
– Pulping Equipment,
– Toilet Paper Tissue Making Machine,
– Sewage Treatment Equipment.
2. For Pulping Equipment, It will be depended on the Raw Material: Pulp Board, Waste Paper, or Mix Pulp ( Pulp Board + Waste Paper).
3. For Paper Tissue Making Machine, It utilizes a draught fan to generate positive pressure outside the cylinder mould, and negative pressure at inside in order to produce suction force to help dehydration. Therefore, the moisture can be fitered out immediately when the pulp stars forming, in place to meet the requirement of high speed running. This machine is suitable for making tissue paper, wiping paper, etc. from various kinds of stock material. The working speed of it is able to achieve 200~300m/min, with the paper weight of 13~35g/㎡.
4. For Sewage Treatment Equipment, It will be offered according to your Local Requirement.
Pulping Equipment
Application:
It is only able to be slush the waste paper into the pulp, but also to remove the ink from the fiber through the impact generated by chemicals and the frictional force with comes from the mutual effort by rotor and high consistency pulp fiber. Then the pulp can be bleached into high degree of whiteness in order to produce useful paper pulp.
Features:
The multiple rotors with helical blades which have strong capacity of pulping are equipped on this machine. And this is a batch beating pulper and is convenient to control the beating degree.

High Consistency Double Cone Cleaner
Application:
It has great performance of cleaning sand, iron nail, and paper staple from the waste paper pulp.
Features:
Double cones construction, less fiber loss but higher cleaning efficiency; has manual, pneumatic and electric discharge three types; lining of the cones can be chosen from wear-resistance cast iron, stainless steel, or wear-resistance ceramic.

Self-Washing Vibratory Screen
Application:
This device can be used to roughly screen the waste paper pulp (hole screen), or to screen the tailings from pressures screen (slotted screen). And it is great at screening big size impurities such as plastic, rubber, bulky fiber and etc. The vacuum chamber below the screen plate utilizes reciprocal action of air flow to clean the screen plate and avoid blocking.

Up- Flow Pressurized Screen
Application:
This is designed by “up-flow structure”, and is widely used in coarse or fine screening. The stock enters it from the bottom and the heavy impurity will be removed through the desander to prevent damage for the screen drum.
Features:
It can be equipped with holed screen to screen the pulp roughly, or equipped with slotted screen ( which is bar type and the screen cut can be minimum 0.1 mm ) to clean the tiny impurity.

Application:

There are THREE ways for your selection:
1. Waste water disposal to others: You can contact your other local companies or local government, and see whether you can disposal waste water to their system directly through underground tube. In this way, you do not need to purchase waste water treatment equipment.
2. Treat waste water into clear water: It means that it looks like the normal water in color in our life; But the COD & BOD data maybe cannot reach your government standard. The clear water can be recycling and reusing, but the chemical data in the water will be higher and higher and will be effected final paper quality.
3. Full Production Line for waste water treatment: It can treat the waste water into national standard and be recycling and reusing. It means that you can treat it as normal water in life. And you can also allow other local factories to disposal waste water to your equipment if you want.
